Shopkeeper and concurrently

Having finished strolling in the whole Summer Palace, we walked out to have lunch from side door. 
Shopkeeper and concurrently waiter stand in front of the door greeting into us warmly. There are only several desks in the cabin, the meal is not very delicious, but the solicitous reception of the shop owner has been remedied insufficiently. 
Shopkeeper tells us the story about her. She is just 27 years old, opened this restaurant 1 year ago. What caused us to laugh is, her husband is a soldier. In China, Communist Party and capitalism are opposite each other. Soldiers should work hard for the communist goal, and any type of entrepreneur can be regarded as capitalism. How could imagine the marriage between communist and the capitalist one? 
Live in high Qian of U.S.A., has read many works about China, the ones that were told are all that the story twenty or thirty years ago happens at least in some.
